You can delete your PreSpend account at any time — from within the app or by contacting us. This page explains exactly what happens and how to proceed.

Permanently removed
  • Your account & login credentials
  • Cloud-synced budget data (Premium)
  • Subscription information
  • Preferences stored on our servers
Not affected
  • Local data on your device

Note: Deleting your account does not remove data stored locally on your device. To clear local data, uninstall the app or go to your phone's Settings → Apps → PreSpend → Storage → Clear Data.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

  1. 1 Open the PreSpend app on your device
  2. 2 Tap the Settings icon (gear icon, bottom navigation)
  3. 3 Tap Account
  4. 4 Tap Delete Account and confirm your decision

Option 2 — Request via email

Can't access the app?

Email us and we'll handle the deletion manually within 7 business days.

Please include the email address associated with your PreSpend account and use the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll send a confirmation once complete.

Data Retention

After deletion, your account data is permanently removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised analytics (with no personally identifiable information) may be retained to improve the service.
