Delete Your Data
You can delete some or all of your budget data at any time without closing your account. Your account stays active and you can start fresh whenever you like.

Option 1 — Delete from the app
- 1 Open the PreSpend app on your device
- 2 Tap the Settings icon (gear icon, bottom navigation)
- 3 Tap Data & Privacy
- 4 Tap Delete All Data, choose what to remove, and confirm
Option 2 — Clear local data via device settings
- 1 Open your phone's Settings
- 2 Go to Apps → PreSpend
- 3 Tap Storage → Clear Data
Heads up: Clearing data via device settings removes only local data. If you have cloud sync enabled (Premium), your synced data on our servers is not affected by this method.
Option 3 — Request via email

We'll process your data deletion request within 7 business days and send a confirmation.
hello@prespend.appInclude your account email, what you'd like deleted (all data, cloud sync only, etc.), and use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Data Retention
Once deleted, data is permanently removed within 30 days. Your account remains active and usable. No backup copies are retained after deletion is processed.
